Pricing and Availability

Seller will make reasonable effort to fulfill customer order but due to market conditions and other factors seller cannot guarantee product availability. Seller reserves the right to make pricing adjustments due to manufacturer and / or supplier price changes or other market forces. Price changes will be communicated prior to shipping of any product.

Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss

Unless delivered in our truck Business IT Source ships all products by common carrier FOB shipping point, insured, at customer expense unless other shipping arrangements are made in writing between seller and customer. In the event of loss seller will assist in claim process. For credit accounts seller retains a security interest in the products until payment is received.

Warranties

Seller does not manufacture products so does not provide warranty against defects. All products are covered by manufacturer warranty and are subject to manufacturer warranty processes. Most manufacturers also provide extended warranties for an additional fee. Seller does not warrant that any product purchased is suitable for the purpose it was purchased.

Payment Options

Credit terms for business accounts are subject to successful review of a credit application and company financial statements. Business IT Source sells on Net 30 terms to credit customers.

Business IT Source accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Credit card is not charged until your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to products shipped to AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, OK, PA, TN, TX, and WI.
