History and Bio's
At Business IT Source (BITS), we specialize in providing mid-to-large companies with IT hardware, software and BITS services from all major manufacturers, including Lenovo, Dell/EMC, HPE, HPI, Apple, Microsoft, and other major manufacturers. The BITS team provides a unique level of flexibility and customization so that companies receive products when needed and ready to deploy.
By stocking company's standard systems in our warehouse, systems are readily available. Our integration center can configure systems to arrive tested and configured to your specifications, saving you time and resources. In addition, our team of engineers provides no-cost, on-site installation of systems and storage.
Since its founding in 2009 by Bob and Dan Frauenheim, with colleagues Jack Mellor, Pat Farragher and Matt Walsh, BITS' goal was to build a corporate reseller large enough to provide the solutions and services corporations need but small enough to provide truly personal service.
Because of that attention to personal service, BITS has grown dramatically and is recognized by manufacturers and companies alike as a Premier Corporate Reseller. Due to its unprecedented growth, Computer Reseller News (CRN) recognized the company as one of the Fastest Growing Solutions Providers from 2012 to 2020. Business IT Source has also been recognized in the Solutions Provider 500, Tech Elite 250, and awarded CRN's prestigious "Triple Crown" in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
As one of our company's core values, experienced associates provide exceptional service and maintain a continuity of coverage that is truly unique. BITS is employee-owned, and all associates share in our success and are committed to providing the best service possible. We welcome the opportunity to earn your business.
